At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor apparel and gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the gear is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange once our warehouse inspects the items.
